BPFTP Client (Windows) / General Feature Usage
Can I resume partially downloaded files that I began downloading with other software?
To resume a file downloaded with another piece of software (eg your browser), simply set the download directory to the directory that the partial file is in. Then, either copy the URL into the clipboard and BPFTP will detect it automatically, or enter the URL using the Enter URL button . BPFTP will connect, and if the server supports resume it'll resume right from where it left off. If the confirmation box is enabled then it'll ask what you'd like to do - select 'restore'.
